Technically speaking it was a gift
For the holidays, we used to get all kinds of silly stuff we never ended up using. However, we decided we would now tell each other something we really wanted, and just give a small gift only we knew about. This year I am asking Santa for a desk computer. My husband laughed at me, and he said they are not called that! They are desktop. So what, I said, I still am getting it for my present no matter what you call it. And, guess what? I really loved the diamond heart he bought me for a surprise much better. Woo Hoo!
