How did Siebel Systems get its success?
There are many reasons and actions of why companies get the success that they have, they either got the right advertising slogan, they either found the right niche for their customers, or many other reasons why companies make it or fail. The Siebel Systems company made it so big for the fact that they knew how to form alliances. They knew that adding partners to their business would only make their business grow bigger. They were not at all greedy in making sure that no one shared their company but they did exactly the opposite and by the time they were sold, they had over 700 partners that had their piece of the company.
