Find Time to Work Out
A lot of people make excuses for not training their vertical like not having enough time to do their workout. That is simply not true, because unless you work a twenty-four hour job you have time to do the workout. All you have to do is wake up thirty minutes to an hour earlier than you normally would and go to the gym to do your vertical jumping training. It may be hard to convince yourself to wake up earlier, but you will see how it is worth it when you are jumping way higher than you thought ever possible.
