I am far from a computer wizard. I still get pretty confused when the companies talk about the different options and asking me what I have on my computer already that may or may not allow their downloading to happen. See what I mean, I am not even technically inclined enough to have the proper verbiage. Anyway I would like to try the ares free download but I have not idea if I can do it by myself. That is why I like that they also have technical support and hopefully they will walk me through how to do my first download.
