My Very Special Necklace
I always wanted a necklace with my name on it, but my name is not common, so it was not easy to find. One year my father went over seas, and they have many jewelry shops that specially make name jewelry. He came back with not only one, but two necklaces for me. I was so surprised and happy at the same time. The first one was gold with my name in cursive. It had flowers on each side and was the shiniest piece of jewelry I have ever seen. The other one was silver with my name in Arabic. I still have both necklaces after all of these years.
