If you need Christmas help, then you have to find the right organizations that will offer Christmas help. Some of them are specialized and only offer toys for kids whereas others will help with more things.
To get help for Christmas, you have to apply by filling out the application form and then you will be interviewed in person.
If you are accepted, then they may check your background and stories to make sure that you need help and without the help, you will not be able to afford Christmas. Different places have different rules of how to get help.
