I usually stay with my cousin when I come to visit or am in transit through Manila. Unfortunately, my cousin recently received an over zealous poodle from her boyfriend. The yapping kept me awake all night during my last stay. That’s why I decided to ship her a Tri-tronics bark collar as a birthday gift. In my letter, I begged her to discipline her dog or at least utilize the collar to reduce its barking tendencies. I suppose she followed my advice.
