While the designs of fireplaces today are very much in line with the utmost preference for security in mind, it should not be a reason to be complacent.  After all, we are dealing with fire in that area of the house.  It maybe is convenient and all to keep an open space through the door of the fireplace, but will it be good enough reason for the sake of safety? The fireplace screen is the answer to this simple predicament.  The screen is a simple material that can be pasted outside the door. The good thing here is that the screen can even be transformed as makeshift decorative material.
