I Choose Resistance Band Training For My Exercise
I had been dieting for several weeks and in the first few weeks the weight seemed to melt right off. I was on a roll and loved it, here was a diet that was actually working for me. Then all of a sudden I reached a plateau and the weight loss stopped. I was not sure what to do so I decided that I needed to increase my amount of phsical activity. Resistance band training seemed to be a workable solution for me as I could do it at home and would not have to buy and expensive set of weights.
