High Systolic Blood Pressure: Is Nasty

When blood flows through the arteries of the heart, it creates a force on the blood vessel which is termed as blood pressure. Mercury manometers are considered to be ‘golden standards’ of measurement for pressure, and the same is used in a capillary tube to measure blood pressure. Once the mercury levels start increasing beyond 130, you know it’s time to keep it down, unless you don’t mind suffering from high blood pressure. Patients having irregular and high blood pressures are more susceptible to heart and kidney related problems.

History shows that exercises and diet have helped patients get rid of kidney stone formation and heart diseases due to blood pressure! Get rid of the habits of smoking and consuming alcohol to keep your blood pressure in check. Coming soon, high systolic blood pressure.
