I was eating at one of the San Mateo restaurants for a business dinner. I was treating one of my bigger clients to thank him for his business this year. Let me tell you, this place is simply amazing. The food, the décor, the service. Everything is spectacular, there is nothing bad about it. My favorite dish there is the Ahi Tuna, it is simply amazing. It is perfectly grilled. Everytime I think about it, I drool. Along wit Ahi Tuna, my favorite wine to go with it is white wine. Of course a Red wine would work as well but white is the better choice of the two
Shortly after entering he navy I was given the opportunity to enroll in the Deep Sea Diving School. As I had always loved the water and had been an avid sports diver for years I jumped at the chance. In the school we spent most of our time learning to dive in a hard hat rig for salvage work. There were also classes taught in the other aspects of diving. We spent two grueling weeks learning scuba diving in both a pool and open water setting. The last method of diving we learned was with a shallow water rig that gave us surface supplied air to a face mask.
Our plane had just gotten in a few hours earlier. We have just arrived and it is a sight to be seen. I cannot believe how gorgeous it is. Our friends recommended we stay at Mundy’s Bed and Breakfast Cavan, Ireland. They definitely knew what they were talking about when coming here. I mean, I heard that Ireland is beautiful but the expression is definitely an understatement. I hope that when we drive down the road we can see the herd of sheep that block the road like I have seen in the movies. I cannot wait to see what this vacation has in store for us.
