Is a Hand Biometric reliable and easy to install?
If one is talking about the reliability of a Hand Biometric device, there is no cause for worry at all. Of course, if you are going to think of a situation, where a person’s hand is cut off and then placed on the sensor, thereby enabling a criminal to gain access into a protected area, then there is need to do a rethink on installing a Hand Biometric device. However, this seems a bit farfetched and almost impossible. Being prepared for the worst is really not such a bad thing. It is important for people to be aware of the limitations of any Hand Biometric equipment.
