What Gift can a Boss Give Working Moms?
A nice boss usually always looks for gifts that his or her staff would appreciate. From their bosses, working moms would love to get a pay raise as a gift or may be a word of appreciation.
A pay raise will make her day in any case but if a raise is not possible, then words of appreciation will let them know that they are valued and appreciated.
As a boss, you can also be lenient and understanding of your staff’s situations if they are ever late for work or have to leave early because of emergencies. Turkey for Thanksgiving or Christmas cards will also show them that you care.
