Track Sales with customer relationship management systems

Your sales team contacts many prospects daily.  You should know how many prospects they actually contact, and how many of those prospects turn into qualified sales.  Leads don’t matter as much as the sales do, but you should know how many leads they go through to get one sale.  Further, follow up calls, meetings and calls should always be kept track of.  These are important and your team needs to have a follow up system in order to follow through.  This is why good customer relationship management systems are important.  They can track all sales calls from the lead to the sale to any follow up work after the sale.
