Pastor

The other day in my Bible study one of the gals noticed that the pastor did a sneaky thing on Sunday when he looked at his watch. It was a nonchalant move, but she noticed that he took a second to move his bible aside to look at his watch. We all got a big kick out of this and one of the gals suggested that we get him a pair of functional cuff links as a present. They have links now that you can buy that are actual mini clocks. He does not have to fumble with a watch and he can just pretend to fumble with his wrists instead.

Really Affordable

I was recently reading on the internet that there are some wonderful places that offer affordable real estate in Sonoma County. Can this be possible? I have visited there a few years back and all I can remember is the wonderful sprawling acres upon acres of vineyards and I did not think it would be possible to own part of this wonderful land. The weather was wonderful, it offered a great variety of restaurants and nightlife and I even saw a handful of big name companies that have offices there. Is it possible that it could be affordable enough for a young family?

Birthday Parties with inflatable games are a HUGE hit!

When trying to come up with a uniques idea for my twin girls 6th birthday party, I really hit the jackpot. Instead of the usual birthday parties the girls had attended over the past several years, I decided to have an inflatable games party. A great time was had by all! We knew these activities would keep the children busy and happy, but were amazed when all the parents joined in the fun as well! The girls even convinced ‘Daddy” to join in the fun. The girls can not stop talking about how fun their party was and neither can I!

Get More Than What You Pay For

I am sure that you have heard the expression, “You get what you pay for,” or perhaps the line, “there is no such thing as a free lunch.” Well, luckily these are not the case in some of the flow diagram freeware that is available on the market today. Not only do these products help you with exactly the kind of basic diagram that you need to implement your work flow process but these programs can often times be extremely user friendly. You are not dependent on a lot of unknown tools or shortcuts but the interface is extremely easy to maneuver through.

Spain passes Anti-piracy tax on the manufacturers multimedia devices

According to reports, Spain is soon to enact a new anti-piracy tax on all electronic devices capable of recording, copying, or storing sound and images. Sansa Blog says this tax will be implemented on July 1st and will be directed towards the manufacturers of these devices. A tax of €3.15 (around $4.90) will be levied on all devices with the aforementioned qualities, and a tax of €1.10 (around $1.70) will be placed on all cell phones with Mp3 capabilities.

I personally see this as an attack on a businesses right to produce media devices. The Spanish government is operating under the assumption that all people who buy Mp3 players pirate their music. While it is no doubt evident that there is a large amount of music piracy going on, it is not right to declare someone guilty before hand. This decision is unfortunate, because it will require businesses to pass on the cost to consumers to make up for every device which they produce.

Watch the Grand National while you’re on holiday

You have a holiday booked but you really want to watch the Grand National as well. What do you do? You can actually tune into the great event at Aintree Racecourse in Liverpool from outside the United Kingdom. For example, if you’re going to Italy, the provider RAI covers the grand national; if you will be in France over the great event and don’t want to miss the horse racing, then the RTE will cover the event. If you are in Spain, the provider CANAL+ covers the event; if you’re going to Greece for any reason, then Supersport covers the grand national.

Isaacs Hotel feels palatial. There is a sense of elegance here that is not found in many of the hotels around it. It is know among the Cork hotels as Cork’s little gem and is well deserving of the title. Choose to dine in doors or out but in either case you will be treated to fantastic international fare and seafood. And for you dining pleasure you can enjoy the waterfall setting beside the tables. If you are in Cork for business the hotel has conference rooms, fax and wifi. If you are there for pleasure use the tour desk and then come back to relax in the well appointed guest rooms.

Creative Design Raster Graphics

If your brand persona is modern, clean and professional, then your site design should be as well. Color choices, use of imagery and navigation must all work to promote that message. It started with cylindrical stamps through clay capsules then wax until they discovered wooden modules and Litho stones that became one of the most important means for labels printing and that at its time it was a technical revolution. Some examples of creative design raster graphics include Paint Shop Pro, GIMP, and Adobe Photoshop. It might just be a slip of the fingers, or that you’re so tired that you can’t think (and type) straight in your computer.
